At VitaSalus we would like to help! Through good medical and spiritual care, we aid in promoting healing, reduce suffering and ultimately introduce patients to “The” source of health and well-being, God.
An OCI project with ASI participation, VitaSalus is a supportive ministry of the Seventh Day Adventist Church, providing health and spiritual care to all people irrespective of gender, race or creed.

These programs are good health promoters in a variety of medical conditions. Heart Disease, High Cholesterol, Diabetes, High Blood Pressure, Obesity, Chronic Anxiety/Stress, Osteoarthritis and Rheumatoid Arthritis are amongst the diseases that may respond more positively to a better lifestyle. A healthy lifestyle may prevent cancer and help in its treatment.
Health Expos
VitaSalus helps to organize Health Expos, where thousands of people come in contact with health professionals and lay volunteers, to learn more about how to be healthier and happier. Over 30 Health Expos are being organized in Portugal for 2004.
Lifestyle Center
Plans are being drawn for a “live-in” Lifestyle Center /Medical Clinic and a medical missionary training school. Nestled in the mountains, this center will be located between Lisbon and Porto, the 2 largest cities in Portugal with a population of over 7 million. It will provide an excellent setting for good medical and spiritual care. Funds are needed for to establish this center.
