Our yearly OCI Retreat provides a valuable time for seasoned leaders, new leaders, students, and friends of OCI to come together from around the world. Each year the retreat takes place at a different OCI project. A special theme and diverse speakers challenge attendees to grow personally, as well as in their work, but there is also time to fellowship and to take a break from the challenges and stresses often faced in ministry.
